Workshop Aim
The aim of the workshop is to enhance the participant’s management skills of time, energy and people. This enables greater control, more enjoyment, further success and decreased stress.

Participant Profile
This workshop is designed for the following;
• Managers of all levels;
• People working in an office environment;

Training Resources
The participants are encouraged to use their current diaries or similar tools (e.g. Microsoft Outlook) to plan their upcoming weeks in accordance with the workshop guidelines.
• The workshop layout is in a boardroom style, with 8 participants max. sitting around communal table(s).
• The facilitator distributes prepared handouts and work sheets and requires only an A1 flip chart otherwise.
