Course Content Course Overview
This course covers the integration of various skills into a set of practical competencies; integration of tools learnt for the common goal of producing artwork; and the integration of various software for different applications including web, mobile…

This course is based around learning computer skills and will teach the delegates how to combine these skills so that they can become more successful and confident designers in the market place.

Course Structure
We propose to breakdown the course into a number of workshops. These workshops will enable delegates to apply their new skills while focusing on the completion of a design product such as a brochure, poster or website. This style of training will be overall more effective than a student learning Abode Photoshop itself. The Adobe Applications will be incorporated into the workshops as a means to an end, rather than the purpose of the module.

The workshops are set in a specific order to increase in difficulty and depth of knowledge. Using skills learnt in previous workshops to complete further ones is a perfect way to reinforce items studied and build confidence, requiring the attendees to be present at all workshops.

Applications and tools covered
· Adobe Photoshop
· Adobe Illustrator
· Adobe Acrobat
· Adobe acrobat.com
· Adobe Dreamweaver
· Adobe Flash
· Adobe Fireworks
· HTML, XML, CSS
· Joomla, Wordpress, Online shopping (VirtueMart, OS Commerce), Artisteer.

This extensive programme will prepare delegates for the following official Adobe Certifications:
- Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) Web Communication with Adobe DreamWeaver
