Course Content This course will cover the Environmental Management System (EMS) as defined by ISO 14001 and is part of the overall management system that includes organisational structures, planning activities, responsibilities, practises, procedures, processes and resources for developing, implementing, achieving, reviewing and maintaining policy.

Subjects Taught Identifying KPI's from an Environmental point of view, marketing, sales, tendering, purchasing, sourcing of equipment, training, invoicing.
