People are the most valuable resource in every organisation and therefore the role of manager is vital. However, for supervisors in organisations today, overseeing the work-flow is not enough, instead supervisors need to inspire and develop their staff, to deal with change, to handle difficult situations, to control performance and to mentor their team. This three day programme is focused on providing all the skills required to be an excellent supervisor/front line manager and improving the performance and productivity of your teams.
