Course Assessment: 

Skills Demonstration (60%):
Participants are required to keep a log/record of supervisory/management activities undertaken, while reflecting on their own learning and progress. This log/record should include supporting evidence from the following three areas and candidates will be assessed on such evidence:
1. Supervisory Management
2. Team Leadership and Organisational Skills
3. Operational Planning Skills
