Assignment:
A report based on the participant’s research on adult training, services or issues. The report must provide a clear indication of the learners understanding of the theory and their ability to understand its practical application.

Skills Demonstration:
In two (15 – 20 minute) skills demonstrations, learners will show have an opportunity to be assessed on their presentation skills, use of visual aids, and use of learning materials.

Course Content Programme Overview
This Four Day Programme has been designed to equip participants with the essential skills and techniques necessary to deliver quality training programmes. Participants will cover learning styles, identification of Training Needs, and the design of Training Programmes.

The programme aims to utilise participants existing knowledge and skills and build on them. Our aim is that the learners will, on completion, have sales proficiency. That commercially and personally, the learner achieves increased customer satisfaction, and increased sales from both new and existing sales channels.

Who is this Course For?
Ideally each candidate should be working in training or have some responsibility for it.

It would also suit those wishing to work in training or taking up a training position within the organisation.
