Business Excellence Skillnet recently formed a Leadership Development Working Group to respond to member company demand for more information on the area of leadership development.  A key objective of the working group is to develop a robust and sustainable leadership development model through the implementation of a framework that member companies can use.

Two working group sessions have already taken place with a third planned for September. Sessions have been a great success with attendees learning how other companies approach leadership development and what ideas have proved most effective for them.  The sessions are also an opportunity for member companies to get together as a group to combine their experiences on what they do when appointing a manager, and to develop a best practice framework and template that they can use to support leadership development.
