Ulearning Skillnet will once again sponsor the hugely successful Mid-West Job Shop on 2nd October in Thomond Park Stadium, in conjunction with the Department of Social Protection (DSP) and CPL. The event has rapidly grown into one of the largest jobs fairs in the Mid-West. Last year hundreds of jobs were available on the day with over 40 companies present at the event.  Stand-holders at this year’s event will include regional universities and colleges, training institutions, local unemployment support agencies and a number of local Skillnets.

According to event organiser Ann Daly from ADM, many positions were filled on the day at last year’s event, with almost all companies gathering CVs for subsequent interviews. A large turnout is expected for the October event.

More information on the event and participating exhibitors can be found at www.job-shop.ie.
